   • Purpose: To provide you with page analytics. Visitor IPs are hashed and never stored in raw form.

   • What We Collect: Payment processing and collection are handled by our payment provider, acting as the Merchant of Record. We store order records and subscription status but never store your credit card number or payment credentials.

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with encryption at rest. We implement access controls and follow security best practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

• Account and profile data is retained for as long as your account exists, and is permanently deleted when you delete your account.
• Unverified accounts: accounts that have not completed email verification are automatically deleted after 7 days.
• Analytics data is stored in hashed and aggregated form only; visitor IPs are never stored in raw form.
• Order and subscription records may be retained after account deletion where required for tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.

Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate YouCanFind.me. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service, under its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare: hosting, database, and file storage infrastructure.
• Creem: payment processing, acting as the Merchant of Record (handles payment credentials, invoicing, and taxes).
• Resend: transactional email delivery (verification, password reset, and account notifications).
• Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except:

• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others.
• To process payments through our payment provider (acting as the Merchant of Record), subject to its own privacy policy.

Your Rights

• Access: You can view your data through your account settings. To request a complete copy of your data, contact us at support@youcanfind.me and we will provide it within a reasonable time.
• Deletion: You can delete your account yourself under Settings → Account, or request deletion by contacting support. This permanently removes your profile and associated data and cannot be undone.
• Profile Visibility: Your public page is visible to anyone with the URL. You can control which social links are visible through your settings.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this privacy policy periodically.
