• Publishing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Attempting to bypass any security features of the service
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations

Privacy and Data Collection

YouCanFind.me collects the following types of data:

• Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account (name, email, username)
• Profile Content: Information you choose to display on your public page
• Usage Analytics: Anonymized page view and link click data for your analytics dashboard
• Cookies: Session cookies necessary for authentication

Pricing and Payments

• Subscription Plans: YouCanFind.me offers Free and Pro subscription plans. The Pro plan is billed on the cycle you select (monthly or annually).
• Auto-Renewal: Pro subscriptions automatically renew and are charged at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Monthly payments are non-refundable; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the current period. First-time annual subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change. We will notify you before any change takes effect; continued use constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Payment and Seller of Record: Payments are processed and collected by our payment provider, acting as the Merchant of Record. This means the provider is the seller of record for the transaction and is responsible for payment processing, issuing invoices, and collecting and remitting applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax). We do not store your card number or payment credentials.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

User Content Disclaimer

Public pages on YouCanFind.me are created and maintained by their respective users. Content displayed on a user's page, including text, links, images, resumes, and portfolio items, is the sole responsibility of the user who created it. YouCanFind.me does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or safety of any user content, and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on it. If you believe a page violates our policies, please use the Report function on that page or contact support@youcanfind.me.

Third-Party Links

User pages and the service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by YouCanFind.me. Dispute Resolution

• Informal resolution first: If a dispute arises regarding the service, please first contact us at support@youcanfind.me. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve it amicably within a reasonable time.
• Payment-related disputes: Paid transactions are processed and collected by our payment provider acting as the Merchant of Record. Matters of payment, refunds, invoicing, and taxes are subject to that provider's terms, and any dispute relating to a paid transaction should first be raised with that provider.
• Mandatory consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
